Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET/React)Remote - USCentralReach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), multidisciplinary therapy, and special education. This role is hands‑on and requires strong ownership from concept through production, with a focus on modern .NET backend services and React-based frontends.You will work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to deliver customer‑facing features, improve system reliability, and drive technical direction within the team.ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end delivery of features—from design and implementation to deployment and monitoringDesign and develop scalable backend services using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)Build and maintain modern, performant frontends using React, TypeScript, and related toolingCollaborate with product and design to translate requirements into clean, maintainable solutionsDrive architecture decisions, including API design, data modeling, and system integrationEnsure code quality and maintainability through testing, code reviews, and best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high system reliabilityMentor junior engineers and contribute to a high‑performing engineering cultureContinuously improve development processes, tooling, and team velocityRequired Qualifications6+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with .NET / C# and building RESTful APIsStrong experience with React and modern frontend development (hooks, state management, component design)Experience with TypeScript, HTML, CSSSolid understanding of software architecture and design patternsExperience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practicesStrong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversightExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with microservices or distributed systemsFamiliarity with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or similar)Experience with message queues (e.g., SQS, Kafka)Knowledge of event‑driven architecturesExperience with testing frameworks (unit, integration, end‑to‑end)Exposure to GitOps, Helm, or infrastructure as codeExperience integrating with third‑party APIs and enterprise systemsWhat Success Looks LikeDelivers features consistently and predictably with high qualityRequires minimal oversight and can drive work independentlyWrites clean, maintainable code and improves the codebase over timeCommunicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teamsContributes to architectural decisions and raises the bar for the teamFrontend: React, TypeScriptCloud: AWS (EKS, S3, SQS) or equivalentCI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similarBase Salary Range$140,000 - $170,000 USDBacked by Roper Technologies, Inc.
