Key ResponsibilitiesSet, manage, and report on all activities connected with programmatic buying campaigns.Develop strategic relationships with internal and external clients.Promote programmatic adoption internally, focusing on programmatic media (CTV, DOOH, web radio).Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and solutions within the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.QualificationsAt least 2‑3 years of experience in media agencies, with solid exposure to online marketing and digital advertising activities, including display, CPM, and CPA models.Previous experience within a trading desk is a strong plus.Knowledge of the programmatic buying ecosystem and of ad‑server tracking systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and Outlook.Fluency in written and spoken English.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.Ability to review campaign details carefully, work with limited supervision, and work effectively with team members.Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly when priorities or timelines change.Pay RangeSalary range: €31,000 - €40,000 (CCNL Commercio – 3rd Level or 2nd Level).
