PpThe Plant Quality Engineer is responsible for all aspects of product conformity at Sampierana Plants. The PQE reports to the Quality Operations Manager and leads all product quality related issues within their respective area. With unquestioned integrity and strength of conviction, the PQE responds to manufacturing quality issues and manages product changes. They will build effective relationships with both Salaried and Hourly, Assembly Plant and Corporate, to lead projects, validate product changes, provide technical expertise, and improve outgoing quality that will exceed the customers’ expectations.
