Responsibilities Reporting to the HR Country Leader, the Temporary HR Administrator will manage HR Admin & Reporting processes for all Italian plants, including multiple legal entities. He/she will provide local partnership and advice to local managers and employees on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Data Management, Employee Life Cycle documentation processes, working closely with other HR team members. The role will be based in Vignate with business travel to other Italian sites. General Responsibilities include: Delivering HR services to Italian plants ensuring positive customer experience, risk mitigation, and process excellence. Managing entry, monthly consolidation, and verification of attendance and absence data, ensuring accurate transfer to payroll, and guiding local HR team members. Being the first point of contact for internal customers by enhancing the use of HR tools and platforms, and ensuring successful onboarding. Preparing reports and statistics related to personnel. Monitoring project initiatives and interfacing with involved actors. Identifying adoption actions for solutions in coordination with relevant structures. Guaranteeing functional governance of HR application systems. Supervising all aspects of Personnel administration with external consultants. Producing monthly KPI reports and monitoring. Maintaining Personnel data in SuccessFactors. Supporting annual compensation review cycles. Ensuring employment contracts and employee documentation compliance. Workplace: Vignate, with travel to other sites in northern Italy. Your Profile Education: Degree in human resources, economics, legal studies, or equivalent experience. Experience: 3 to 8 years of progressive HR Admin experience. Knowledge of Italian laws and Industrial Collective Bargaining Agreements. Preferred experience in manufacturing environments. Experience working with multiple legal entities and Union agreements. Experience in training and change management for HR tools. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Fluent in English. Strong communication skills. Experience speaking with multiple stakeholders. Decision-making and problem-solving skills. Proactive initiative. Good planning and organizational skills.
