What are we going to do together?
The Customer Support Team represents MAF's offerwall service, MyChips. You will manage customer support chat and social media channels, assisting users with questions and resolving issues. As you learn our products, you'll become an expert in advising and supporting users. There is growth potential within the team, including roles like Team Leader or Community Manager.
What will you do?
* Assist users in understanding and navigating offers on the offerwall.
* Troubleshoot technical errors and issues.
* Provide friendly and informative responses.
* Document and report recurring technical problems.
* Guide users to self-help resources and FAQs.
* Collect and share user feedback for improvements.
What will you need?
* Fluency in English and Korean.
* At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
* Knowledge of the digital advertising industry.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic.
* Excellent active listening skills.
Nice to have:
