Responsibilities & Duties: Develop an understanding of the cost structures and establish cost models Perform month, quarter, and year-end closure activities, including analysis of actual results against budget, forecast, and previous year (PY), as well as P&L analysis Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts according to local and central requirements Create and maintain reporting packages Conduct detailed cost analysis, including volumes, variable and fixed costs, yields, variances, OWC, and capex Perform product calculations and tariff calculations based on cost drivers and key allocations Develop and ensure standard costs are accurate and meet the cost improvement objectives set by Operations Assess OVH spending suitability Conduct margin analysis by product Develop KPIs according to required financial metrics to meet organizational goals Collaborate closely with manufacturing and warehousing leadership to ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial transactions and reporting Perform walk-throughs of local manufacturing sites with Plant Managers to address production and costing issues Act as a business partner for Operations, Engineering, and other functional leaders, providing critical information and analysis for decision-making Ensure inventory management accuracy and analyze inventory levels and days inventory on-hand (DIO) to meet ISC/Operations targets Monitor overall financial performance and ensure it aligns with expectations Maintain proper transactions and controls to enable accurate costing and profit analysis Collect and analyze data to support financial insights Prepare, administer, and monitor plant procedures Qualifications: Education Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, Business, Education, Manufacturing, Business/Administration, or related fields Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter, and a team player with strong verbal and written communication skills Good commercial sense, strategic thinking, flexibility, and open-mindedness Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities Ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic business environment Problem-solving skills and a 'keep it simple' attitude Demonstrated leadership within cross-functional teams Ability to handle large volumes of detail and produce accurate results under tight deadlines Technical skills Proficiency in MS Office Experience with ERP and MRP systems Desired experience : Previous experience as a plant controller in a manufacturing environment If you are interested in applying, please submit your documents in English.
