You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations. /ppNo two days are the same as an HR Partner. Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions. /ph3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor\'s degree or equivalent /liliExperience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients /liliBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., creating documents in Word, using basic spreadsheet functions in Excel, managing calendars/emails in Outlook) /liliAbility to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliAbility to effectively train, guide, and support others in the use of various HR technologies and digital platforms, with a focus on increasing user adoption and enhancing end-user experience /liliStrong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments /liliExperience building partnerships and collaborating effectively across teams, demonstrating adaptability and autonomy /liliAbility to exercise sound judgement and navigate ambiguous situations with limited direction /liliBasic understanding of HR processes and policies /liliDemonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness /li /ulpAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
