PpWe are now looking for a /p h3Field Service Coordinator SLS West Europe /h3 pThe position is permanent and the preferred location is in bSpain /b, but also bItaly Greece /b are possible locations. /p h3What Will You Be Doing /h3 pThe Field Service Coordinator SLS West Europe is part of the team that primarily coordinates the service engineers whilst also managing the many varied back‑office activities in our FS Team 1, which covers our customers in Western Europe. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership from the job booking stage and organizing the attendance of FS Engineers, managing the internal and external stakeholders from inception of the jobs through to final invoice and closure of the activities. /p pThis position will report to the Team 1 FS manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liThe co‑ordination of work from 'engineer request' and throughout the resulting job / work orders /li liCreating job packs for Field Service Engineers /li liCreating service orders in Salesforce SAP /li liEnsuring 'planning board' is updated with live current data /li liEnsuring all information regarding dockings / jobs are received and filed correctly /li liCredits Debits processes /li liInvoicing billing /li liManaging weekly timesheets from FSE's wages to ensure internal finance payroll teams have correct information on time for salary payment deadlines /li liManaging CAT 2 Field Service engineering hours updated information to various internal reporting tools /li liHandling reworks and claims /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFollow jobs/work orders from start to finish /li liRecognize and push sales opportunities to Account Managers where possible. /li liAssist the Global Field Service / Sales Support / Sales managers when required. /li liBe comfortable in arranging bonding jig loans to customers / other Wartsila network companies and approved partners as required. /li liEnsuring Field Service equipment cupboard is fulfilled/updated /li liHave a logical and ordered approach to FS tools management, ensuring equipment calibration is up to date ensuring Quality processes are adhered to. /li liThe flexibility to assist FS engineers and colleagues as required /li liItalian language knowledge would be an advantage /li /ul pIn this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world.
