Contract: Italian CCNL Industria Turistica, D1 level

About The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and reliable Commis Runner to support our Cocktail Waiters and floor team. You will be essential in keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting service, assisting with set‐up and closing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the back‐of‐house operations run seamlessly.
This role is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in a fast‐paced, high‐end environment and to develop a deep understanding of premium hospitality operations.
Prerequisites
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment
Team player with a flexible, proactive approach
Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
Must have the right to work in Italy full‐time (we do not sponsor visas)
