We are currently looking for Part-Time Client Advisors to join our Diesel Flagship Store in Milano San Babila .


Your Profile

* An authentic, passionate, and trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style.
* A strong communicator who handles clients with care and empathy, always prioritizing the client experience.
* Courageous in sharing ideas, innovative in approach, and eager to learn and grow.


Key Responsibilities

* Prioritize the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of their needs and expectations.
* Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience.
* Master storytelling and ask engaging questions to connect with clients.
* Create long-term authentic relationships by making clients feel valued and understood.
* Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
* Demonstrate leadership on the sales floor, driving individual and team sales objectives.
* Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and meet KPIs.
* Maintain and demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
* Ensure the store and visual displays are kept to high standards, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
* Contribute to security measures to prevent theft, including tagging merchandise.
* Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors, thinking creatively about improvements and innovations.
* Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
* Drive sales by understanding client desires and providing personalized experiences to achieve sales targets.


Key Requirements

* Previous sales experience is a plus; experience in luxury or retail environments is desirable.
* Passion for retail, client service, and a commercial mindset.
* Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to evolve within the organization; relocation is a plus.
* Digitally aware and open to new working methods.
* Strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Execution.
