The Employer Branding is part of the People & Organization Communication and Sustainability (P&OCS)

The position
As an Employer Branding Trainee at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in creating engaging content for various channels, including social media, career websites, and
internal communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in employer branding.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employer branding events and activities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, psychology, economics or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Italian and English.
- Passion for social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and creative mindset.
