Purpose of Position: Description of main Activities / responsibilities: - ICT support to internal user (Help Desk 1st level) - Workstations configurations & set up (pc, Smartphone, printer ) - Collaboration and coordination with outsourced IT service providers - Involvement in integration projects - Identify areas on which to implement procedures to improve the level of the services Professional and Personal skills: - Education High school diploma - Professional Skills Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and associated Microsoft cloud services. Basic knowledge of Network environments, LAN, WAN and main communication protocols. - Experiences 1-3 years of experience - Language Skills Proficient English is mandatory (written and spoken - B2).
