Ph3Lean Manufacturing - Plant Performance Manager (Balvano Plant) /h3 h3About the Role: /h3 pWe are currently looking for a bLean Manufacturing – Plant Performance Manager /b. By covering this position, you will manage line bperformance improvement /b through the management and promotion of Ferrero bOperational Excellence /b and bSmart Factory /b initiatives for our bBalvano (PZ) Plant. /b /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 pBy covering this role, you will manage the bFerrero Operational Excellence /b roll-out for the Plant, acting as a true change agent with a bcontinuous improvement mindset /b. You will partner with Plant referents to define plans for Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives and related training sessions, and you will lead or support the execution of these activities at the local level. One of your tasks will be to bcoach Plant referents /b on Ferrero Operational Excellence methodologies and their developments, leveraging the “train-the-trainer” concept to ensure full accountability for implementing performance improvement methodologies. You will also consolidate and report the bprogress of Plant initiatives /b, training sessions, and audits linked to Ferrero Operational Excellence. /p pYou will also be responsible for managing the bSmart Factory roll-out /b for the Plant. By covering this role, you will work closely with Plant referents to define deployment plans for Smart Factory initiatives and lead or support their execution locally. One of your tasks will be to monitor and consolidate the progress of Plant initiatives related to Smart Factory and report on their status to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. /p pYou will be accountable for managing the people within your area of responsibility, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, competence development, and empowerment. By covering this role, you will promote proper communication and cascading through line managers to the teams. /p h3About You: /h3 pYou will bring a bMaster’s Degree in Engineering or a related field /b, combined with your bsolid and consolidated previous experience /b in bContinuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing /b activities. /p pAs a strong communicator, your bfluency in both Italian and English /b will be crucial to succeed in this role.
