Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Review existing legal frameworks related to critical raw materials production, import, and recycling. Propose updates and institutional reforms to align with CRMA objectives. Draft recommendations for enhancing legislative coherence and administrative coordination. Provide capacity-building support to government bodies on CRM-related legal requirements. Qualifications: Law degree or equivalent legal background with a focus on energy, environment, or industrial law. 8 years of experience working with regulatory or legislative reform projects.
