Run what runs the world. /ppThis Position reports to: Global PG Technology Manager-PowerWater /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive sales support for Simulation solutions, ensuring volume, mix, and profitability targets are met. /liliCollaborate with Local Divisions" sales teams to guide the sales process and achieve goals efficiently. /liliActively engage with local sales teams to strengthen their understanding of Simulation solutions and customer value. /liliFollow up on customer opportunities, RFPs, and RFIs to align offers with customer requirements and expectations. /liliTrack and manage the sales pipeline for both current and future opportunities. /liliPartner with Simulation Product Management to identify new market needs and recommend product improvements. /liliEstablish and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and identify new business opportunities. /liliDrive collaboration between teams to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-regional success. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant technical field. /liliRelated effective experience in technical sales and/or pre-sales support for digital solutions, particularly Simulation. /liliPrevious experience in engineering roles within the digital domain is a plus. /liliIndustry knowledge in Upstream, Midstream, Refining, Chemicals, Power Generation, Water, or Renewables is highly valued. /liliExperience or exposure to Sustainability developments such as Green/Blue Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, Carbon Capture and Sustainable fuels. /liliStrong financial understanding, including pricing strategies, margin control, and risk assessment. /liliExceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams. /liliProven experience in opportunity tracking and managing a dynamic sales pipeline. /li /ulpWe value people from different backgrounds.
