Import & Export Ops Specialist, Seller Operations

Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product and program managers, and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are interested in providing best‐in‐class logistics service to customers.
Responsibilities
1. Handle assigned daily tasks according to process map and SOP, manage exceptions and meet assigned goals and SLA.
2. Collaborate with origin and destination teams to solve issues/requests and secure selling partners' experience.
3. Address problems with minimal visible risks or roadblocks, troubleshoot issues lacking existing procedures or SOPs with LSPs, evaluate compliance risks, and elevate roadblocks.
4. Work on standardization and Kaizen with internal function partners to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
5. Act as the team process expert to co‐work with stakeholders on process improvements and UAT for new features.
6. Take additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and operation scope continue to expand.
7. Support new initiatives and programs to drive operational excellence in terms of speed, cost, and service quality.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years working experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, broker, or customs agent industry.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and strong data analysis skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to meet deadlines, attention to detail, and team collaboration.
- Capability in operational standardization and process improvement.
- Good communication skills and experience working cross‐team.
- Excellent time‐management skills and ability to work independently using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize with a sense of urgency.
- Strong customer‐obsession mindset.

- Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience managing customer relationships.
- Project management experience.
