We are working with a privately owned global beauty group that operates in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of fashion and celebrity-driven beauty brands across fragrances, skincare, makeup, hair, and body care. They are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator for their office in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer service excellence for the assigned customer portfolio in the respective territories. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, finance, logistics, supply chain, demand planning, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth process from order to delivery and billing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage communication with assigned customer accounts via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Oversee the entire order cycle, including entry, processing, tracking, and completion. Provide customers with accurate information regarding order status, stock availability, and lead times. Generate and share customer-specific reports as required. Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer data in systems and communications. Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to optimize order fulfillment and dispatch. Monitor delivery schedules and address delays or issues proactively. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including export paperwork, in accordance with market-specific regulations. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly to avoid shipment delays. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS : 3-6 years of experience in logistics and customer service, especially with distributors and marketplaces. Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. Fluent in Italian and English. Experience with e-commerce channels and marketplaces is highly valuable. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-oriented skills. We seek someone with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn, offering a dynamic environment with growth opportunities.
