As a Staff Software Engineer at LodgeLink, you will own the technical vision and system design for our production platforms, shaping cloud-native solutions and guiding the engineering organization. You’ll collaborate across teams to redesign and scale applications, ensuring high availability and performance. You’ll mentor engineers, promote clean code and best practices, and deliver tools that accelerate the team. This role combines hands‑on engineering with leadership in a fast, ambitious, and collaborative environment that aims to redefine workforce travel.

Responsabilità
* 10+ years of full SDLC experience; at least 3 years as staff engineer or higher
* 10+ years mastery of SDLC, SOLID, TDD/BDD, and clean architecture
* 5+ years with modern technologies (GoLang, GraphQL, gRPC, microservices, NoSQL)
* 10+ years of cloud development patterns and leadership roles
* 7+ years in cloud‑based architecture and automated release pipelines
* 7+ years API‑first approach with loosely coupled systems and domain‑driven design
* Experience managing technical debt and a commitment to improving code/processes/people
* Strong focus on quality code and testing practices
