An inclusive brand with exclusive products, Bottega Veneta is as much of a feeling as it is an aesthetic. /p pJob Description /p pHow you will contribute? /p ul liManaging the month end closure of the Corporate legal entity, with a particular focus on: ul lipre-closing activities of the accounting period such as Purchase Orders/Actual control related to the Corporate budget vs last planning (both Opex and Capex side) /li lipost-closing activities such as the preparation of reports and analysis to explain the main variation Actual vs Budget giving to the Corporate budget owners visibility of the actual spent and remaining budget /li /ul /li liManaging the upload of Actual and Forecast figures in the official reporting system of the group (Oracle HFM) being responsible for the fairness of the declared PL and B/S figures (including intercompany declarations) /li liManaging and calculating (coordinated by the Corporate Communication Controlling Manager) the IC recharges from the parent company to the subsidiaries and supervise the resulting intercompany balances /li liBeing responsible for planning, and control of GA and IT/MIS costs acting as a Business Partner for the budget owners with the aim to establish together the action plan to meet the budget targets /li liSupporting the Corporate Communication Controlling Manager in all the process and activities related to planning and control of Communication, Design costs and Environmental Reporting /li liBeing for the Budget Owners the main contact person for all the matters and issue related to the management of budget/actual tools /li liOverseeing the relationship with the group Shared Service Centers /li /ul pWho you are? /p ul liDegree in economics or management engineering; /li li2/3 years' experience in controlling, accounting or auditing companies; /li liStrong attitude towards change and improvement of current processes; /li liGood interpersonal skills; /li liAdvanced knowledge of major IT tools, excellent knowledge of Excel, preferably experience with Oracle HFM application and SAP /li liFluent in English /li /ul pWhy work with us? /p pThis is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
