How you will contribute

- Conduct\nmarket research\nwithin the\neyewear category\nto identify opportunities and support the development of new strategic touchpoints
\n
- Analyze market trends\n,\ncompetitor\nperformance\n, and overall business results
\n
- Coordinate\nstrategic marketing projects\nby liaising with cross-functional teams
\n
- Identify\nstrategic initiatives\naimed at improving performance and profitability
\n
- Analyze sales activities\nand\nmarketing campaigns\n, generating actionable insights
\n
- Prepare and share key findings,\ninsights\n, and\nreports\nwith relevant stakeholders

\nWho you are\n
\n
- Master’s degree in\nMarketing\n,\nManagement\n, or a related field
\n
- 1–2 years of experience in\nstrategic marketing\n,\nmarket intelligence
\n
- Strong analytical mindset\n, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

- Detail-oriented, proactive approach, critical thinking
\n
- Proficient in\nExcel\nand\nPowerPoint
\n
- Fluent in\nEnglish\n; additional languages are a plus
