The selected candidate will serve as the Production Manager for Architectural Prometal, with responsibilities including:
* Executing projects and evaluating pre-calculations for production.
* Adjusting production capacity to meet customer requirements.
* Ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
* Meeting production planning targets.
* Maintaining product quality.
Job Description:
The role involves:
* Preparing annual production budgets.
* Analyzing and supervising post-calculations and production standards, making adjustments as needed.
* Improving output quality and quantity following LEAN principles.
* Presenting project results to relevant departments.
* Monitoring projects financially and in terms of service.
* Implementing improvements based on KPIs such as customer claims, supplier claims, scrap rates, illness rates, operator competence, OEE, machine maintenance, productivity, and costs.
* Following up on financial reports.
* Assisting with pre-calculations for non-standard projects (FCPs).
* Providing product-related information to the organization.
* Proposing new products or production improvements.
* Ensuring compliance with Italian legislation on industrial licensing, environmental protection, health and safety, training, and work organization.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience in smaller companies.
* 7-12 years of relevant experience.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
* Commercial skills.
* Residence in the Vicenza-Padua area.
* Precision and target orientation.
