Job Description:
Within our Sales & Marketing area, we are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the definition and update of the budget plan for orders and related forecasts
- Supporting commercial campaigns for Italian Government Customers, including the administration of campaign status reports
- Providing support during customer negotiations aimed at contract acquisition
- Monitoring order intake performance in order to drive corrective actions and update forecasts based on risk/opportunity analysis and emerging commercial campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management / Aerospace Engineering
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support forecasting activities
- Good understanding of budgeting, order acquisition processes, and commercial campaign management
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact with internal stakeholders and customers
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English
