Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations, ensuring seamless service and the highest standards of hospitality. Lead, inspire, and develop a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth. Maintain and elevate guest satisfaction, handling VIP clientele and special events with finesse. Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to deliver innovative, memorable dining experiences. Ideal Profile Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in high-end, luxury dining environments. International experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
