Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries regarding ride-sharing services' app functionality' and related queries via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide guidance on ride bookings' payment processing' and cancellation policies. - Assist customers in resolving any service-related issues or complaints efficiently. - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. - Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and support business objectives. - Stay informed about company updates and local regulations impacting ride-sharing services in Greece.
