In this_HR Business Partner _role you will: Reporting directly to Senior HRBP, will have the following responsibility: - Daily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business; - Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic; - Manage day-to-day HR activities and daily BU/Teams needs; - Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment; - Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers and HR Team; - Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting; - Organize and manage internal and external recruiting process, managing Induction process for new employees; - Delivery of the HR plans, Policies and Procedures; - Collaborate with VP Director to solve HR issues, identify countermeasures or propose solutions What we need from you: - At least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries; - Bachelors degree in Legal or Economic - Strong experience within Industrial Relations - Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy - Strong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organization - Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people - Languages: Italian (native) English (fluent)
