As the team leader of a team of Sales Development Representatives, you are a key contributor to our commercial success in Italy. The SDR team works closely with field sales to generate and qualify leads in order to book demos. Your role as the team leader includes:
* Management of the team: setting objectives and ensuring the team has the resources needed
* Coaching and development: spotting areas of improvement and setting up plans for progress
* Onboarding and ramp-up: ensuring new SDRs have a progressive skills development
* Monitoring and reporting: following KPIs such as booked demos and CWD and implementing appropriate solutions
