We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join the Manufacturing Operations, Transportation Operations, and Reverse (MOTOR) organization in support of the Supply Chain Intelligence team. MOTOR manages the manufacturing of datacenter racks and the movement of racks/parts through the supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, and reverse logistics into and out of data centers. This role connects systems across the supply chain to provide clean, actionable data for operational teams, requiring strong analytic skills and business acumen to lead strategic projects across MOTOR. The ideal candidate enjoys working with large data volumes, complex technical contexts, and is passionate about data and analytics. You will model un/structured data, build ingestion pipelines and ETL, and utilize business intelligence tools to identify opportunities where data infrastructure improvements create significant business impact. You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big while detailing work, mentor teammates on high-quality tech, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. There will be opportunities to architect data pipelines for optimization and predictive analysis. Key responsibilities
Build and maintain the infrastructure to answer questions with data, using software engineering best practices, data management fundamentals, data storage principles, distributed systems, and operational excellence. Create datasets used by analysts and scientists to generate actionable insights. Define data engineering processes that leverage various AWS services to improve accessibility, redundancy, data integrity, cost, and storage requirements. Develop high-quality solutions for faster development of products/models that solve business needs in a scalable format, while anticipating future requirements. Collaborate with Research/Applied Scientists, Data Engineers, BI Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Product/Program Managers to understand requirements and make decisions that smooth product/program delivery. Interface with other technology/data engineering teams to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources using AWS data technologies. Lead the technical design and implementation of the data infrastructure. Design and manage data audit, quality, and reconciliation processes with stakeholders. About the team

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of data engineering experience Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $118,900/year to $205,600/year, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
