Job Description:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing control room solutions-related opportunities in targeted markets and accounts. You will build a network of partners, system integrators, end-users, and consultants to detect and influence opportunities early. Your goal is to maintain strong relationships with local partners and enable them to promote Barco solutions in their markets, while growing the partner base to optimize market potential with the Barco portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain strong relationships with local partners, consultants, and end-users to maximize Barco's market presence.
2. Act as a trusted advisor on control room solutions and related technologies.
3. Manage sales processes including quoting, sales cycle management, developing & negotiating proposals and agreements, and tracking opportunities and sales performance. Provide regular forecasts, market intelligence, and competitive analyses to management.
4. Identify and introduce new customers and opportunities to local partners.
5. Grow business with existing customers, both directly and through partners.
6. Support opportunity conversion by assisting partners and customers through sales stages.
7. Drive growth in new markets and increase market share by introducing Barco solutions.
8. Participate in trade shows and regional events.
9. Translate customer needs into tailored Barco solutions.
10. Provide ongoing training and product updates to partners, and participate in HQ training sessions.
11. Be flexible for international travel as required.
12. Maintain a disciplined approach to travel, CRM pipeline management, and lead follow-up.
13. Work effectively across organizational and national boundaries in a matrix environment.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree (business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Ability to combine commercial and technical skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Self-assured, outgoing, adaptable, reliable, and flexible.
- Proven success in technology and solution sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and market understanding.
- Experience in selling solutions including software and services.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Fluent in Italian (native) and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
