Job Title: Technical Sales Support Engineer
Reporting to the TSS Team Leader, the Technical Sales Support Engineer is a key point of contact for both customers and salesforce, providing technical support for domestic and international colleagues.
Main Activities
1. Technical specification analysis and product selection
2. Preparing technical proposals
3. Providing technical documentation
4. Calculations related to bearings and gears during the proposal phase
5. Analysis, selection, and pricing of drive unit components
6. Preparing general assembly drawings
7. Supporting other sales team members through product application training
Education
Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
Requirements
1. Good knowledge of English
2. Strong mechanical skills
3. Proficiency in 2D and 3D technical drawing
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
6. Professional qualifications including:
7. Research and analytical skills
8. Organizational skills
9. Proactivity
10. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to client feedback, and relay information to colleagues
