You work with country leaders, regulators, and clients to embed AI across offerings and operating models, driving measurable value and ROI. You’ll own end-to-end AI transformation, from market positioning to industrialised delivery and value realisation.
This is a high-impact, cross-country role that aligns European AI delivery with global strategy and responsible AI standards.

- Build European AI, data, and engineering capabilities through upskilling, leadership development, and strategic hiring
- Strengthen delivery capability through partnerships with hyperscalers and key technology vendors

- Senior leadership experience in AI, digital, cloud, or large-scale technology transformation
- Proven success leading multi-country or matrixed teams
- Track record of winning and delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes
- Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, architectures, and cloud environments
- Ability to lead across geographies within a global delivery model
- Background in consulting or professional services
- Current residence in Spain, Portugal or Italy
