Private Equity Associate | Milan
Our client, a premier global private equity firm, is looking for a high-caliber Associate to join their growing investment team in Milan. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, cross-border transactions alongside some of the most respected professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities across various sectors, conducting deep-dive commercial and financial due diligence.
* Develop sophisticated financial models to analyze deal structures, returns, and valuation scenarios.
* Prepare and present comprehensive investment memoranda and recommendations to the internal investment committee.
* Monitor portfolio company performance, working closely with management teams to drive value creation initiatives and operational improvements.
* Maintain active relationships with industry advisors, consultants, and target company management teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of post-graduate experience within top-tier Investment Banking (M&A/Leveraged Finance) or Strategy Consulting.
* Impeccable academic credentials from leading international or domestic universities.
* Exposure to large-cap or complex mid-market transactions.
* Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills, with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and commercial rigor.
* Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
