Swim in our clifftop infinity pool, stroll in magnificent Italian gardens, soak in the history, savour Michelin-starred dining and escape into a Four Seasons world of timeless beauty.**About the role**Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Steward Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, ensuring that all dishwashing, cleaning and sanitation tasks are carried out efficiently and in full compliance with Four Seasons standards. This role coordinates the stewarding team, maintains impeccable hygiene across all back-of-house spaces, and ensures that all equipment, tools and supplies are clean, organized and ready to support kitchen and service operations.**What you will do*** Supervise the stewarding team during daily operations, ensuring all dishwashing, cleaning and sanitation duties are completed accurately and on time.* Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in all back-of-house areas, including kitchens, storage rooms, garbage rooms and stewarding workstations.* Ensure proper operation, cleaning and maintenance of dishwashers and stewarding equipment, promptly reporting malfunctions directly to the Executive Chef.* Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, cleaning tools and stewarding supplies; manage requisitions and ensure safe storage.* Train and guide stewards on cleaning procedures, equipment handling, chemical safety and Four Seasons standards.**What you bring*** Previous experience in Stewarding or Kitchen Operations, ideally within luxury hotels or high-volume dining environments; prior supervisory experience is a strong asset.* Solid understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, chemical handling and safe equipment operation.* Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment.* A collaborative, hands-on approach, with the ability to motivate and guide the stewarding team while maintaining a positive and respectful work atmosphere.* Italian and basic English knowledge is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.**What we offer:*** Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package* Excellent Training and Development opportunities* Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms* Meals available at our Employee Restaurant* Employee Experience initiatives: from annual themed employee party to many ESG events throughout the year* Employee Recognition Programs* Opportunities to build a successful career with global potential**Schedule Hours:*** This is a full-time position* The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal.
