Client Description:
We are looking for a Global Communication Manager for an international organization born from the merger of several established entities. The company is headquartered in Italy but operates across multiple countries, supported by a major global group. It stands out for its ability to combine innovation, growth, and collaboration, with a strong focus on quality and a long-term vision.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be directly responsible for:
1. Advertising & Promotion
- Develop and execute global advertising and promotional initiatives in line with corporate objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.
2. Corporate Branding & Communication
- Drive the creation, development, and continuous update of corporate branding strategies.
- Ensure the proper implementation of corporate communication guidelines at the local level.
- Provide training and support to local teams for consistent brand representation.
3. International Events & Exhibitions
- Plan, organize, and execute international events, including exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate summits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize event impact and audience engagement.
- Evaluate event performance and gather insights for future improvements.
4. Product Branding
- Coordinate global product branding activities, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing strategies.
- Monitor and support local implementation of product branding initiatives, providing guidance where necessary.
- Conduct market research to refine branding strategies and ensure competitive positioning.
5. Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the Global Company Website and global social media platforms to ensure a strong online presence.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor local execution of digital and social media guidelines, ensuring adherence to global standards.
6. Internal Communication
- Develop and implement company-wide internal communication strategies including the facilitation of effective information sharing in collaboration with the management team and HR Managers.
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
