Join Danfoss as an Intern in the Field System Engineer group in Pessano con Bornago (Milan) and work closely with our Project Sales team on tenders, offers, and customer solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing

* Study tender documents and help match client requirements with Danfoss products.
* Assist in selecting the right technical components for customer projects.
* Support the preparation of quotations, offers, and technical documentation.
* Work with colleagues on client portals and internal systems.
* Collaborate with the Project Sales team to understand customer projects end‑to‑end.
* Learn how sales and technical solutions come together to deliver real impact for clients.
* Operational support and collaboration with sales representatives in managing customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For

* Recent graduates in Mechanical, Energy, Industrial Engineering, or similar technical fields.
* Strong interest in sales, technical solutions, and industrial applications.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn; able to take ownership of tasks.
* Comfortable communicating in both Italian and English.
* Motivated to grow in a professional, international environment while gaining hands‑on experience with real projects.

Compensation & Benefits

* Internship agreement: Stage Extracurriculare (6 months)
* Reimbursement: €700,00 net per month
* Meal vouchers: €11,00
