As an IT Service Management Specialist for our Pozzuolo Martesana branch, you will oversee IT hardware lifecycle, end-user support, and the ongoing improvement of service management policies aligned with business goals. You will drive ITIL-based processes, track KPIs, and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate service documentation and license management. This role sits at the intersection of operations and IT strategy, enabling reliable, secure services across the organization. Retribuzione / Benefits
* Manage hardware lifecycle and end-user IT support in line with SLAs
* Develop and administer IT Service Management plans aligned with divisional strategy
* Lead IT Service Management projects for process implementation and improvement
* Contribute to quality measurement reporting and continual improvement initiatives
* Report on CSFs, KPIs, and activity metrics for ITSM processes
* Collaborate with third-party vendors on ITSM initiatives
* Maintain accuracy of the Technical Service Catalogue with owners
* Track and manage software license usage and requirements
Responsabilità
* Strong experience in Business Processes, Systems Integration, and SLA Management
* At least 2 years in similar roles
* Excellent analytical skills
* Strategic vision and results-driven mindset
* Excellent communication xjrgpwk and negotiation skills
* Experience in structured IT environments with focus on IT Security and Active Directory
* Continuous focus on productivity and optimization through Business Processes, Reporting, and ITIL
