Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology?

We are seeking a resourceful Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing sales team in the heart of Milan. This is your chance to become a key player in our Italian expansion and build a career with a global leader in cutting-edge software solutions.


Your Mission:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the crucial link between our market-leading product and new clients. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers and setting the stage for our sales executives to close deals.


Key Responsibilities:

* Hunt New Opportunities: Proactively source new sales leads through a mix of inbound lead follow-up and strategic outbound efforts, including cold calls and targeted emails.
* Understand & Qualify: Engage with prospects to deeply understand their business needs and challenges, effectively qualifying opportunities.
* Drive the Pipeline: Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives, ensuring a seamless handover for further development and closure.
* Market Intelligence: Research new accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest through coordinated marketing activities.
* Manage Your Territory: Maintain and expand a comprehensive database of prospects within your assigned territory.


What We're Looking For:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in EPM, CPM, or related financial software.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
* Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian is essential. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish language skills are a significant plus.
* Strong listening and presentation abilities.
* A proven track record of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Hands-on experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com.
* Knowledge of financial processes is highly advantageous.
* A bachelor's degree is desirable.
