Overview
* Ensure the smooth flow (Import & Export) of responsible customers
* Ensure compliance with and implementation of customer‑specific work processes and procedures
* Processing of the assigned administrative tasks
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the smooth and on‑time processing of import & export shipments
* Optimizing and securing the documentation of procedures and processes
* Supporting and advising customers
* Carrying out customs clearance
* Handling correspondence with customers, agents, and service providers
* Preparation of quotation and follow‑up of the quotation process
* Conducting sales negotiations
* Securing and processing invoices to customers
* Monitoring of meetings and deadlines
* Invoicing
* Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable). Preparation of Letters of Credit compliant, Bill of Lading, delivery bills, customs documents, etc.

Qualifications
* Diploma (High school) in business, international commerce, or foreign languages
* 1–3 years of working experience in international forwarding
* University degree (nice to have)
* Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) preferred
* Experience in the use of freight‑forwarding software
* Fluent oral and written English is a must
* Additional (major) European languages would be an asset
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization, strong cultural sensitivity, and ability to build relationships
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently
* Pro‑active, target‑driven, solutions‑oriented and good attention to detail
* Flexible and positive attitude to excel in a client‑driven environment, commercial awareness
