Your responsibilities and tasks
* Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities and deviations from standards.
* Act as an inter‑functional facilitator to promote and implement corrective measures.
* Track the progress of corrective actions and ensure alignment with established plans.
* Design quality standards and processes when needed, both internally and externally (e.g., at suppliers' sites).
* Develop quality gate systems and define appropriate corrective actions.
* Participate in all required meetings to ensure proper Business Unit quality governance.
* Work autonomously with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
* Manage the full claim‑handling process.
A successful Quality Engineer will demonstrate strong investigative and troubleshooting abilities, ensuring that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.
Your profile and qualifications
* Degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience in Quality Engineering or a similar role.
* Experience with coding and digital tools (Power BI, Apps, SAP, etc.).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Solid project management skills.
* English proficiency at level B2
