The candidate selected for the role of Cloud Software Engineer will be based in Padova's office (with mostly remote work) and have the following responsibilities :
* Contributing to product development within established architectural patterns.
* Implementing features with guidance from senior team members.
* Participating in code reviews and providing feedback.
* Fixing bugs and addressing technical debt.
* Maintaining and improving existing cloud infrastructure.
* Collaborating with the hardware team to define software requirements.
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting for cloud systems.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Participating in team meetings and providing regular status updates.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's processes and tools.
A successful Cloud Software Engineer should have :
* At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
* Familiarity with cloud-based distributed systems, particularly in building microservices on cloud platforms.
* Broad knowledge of and experience with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry and public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure).
* An understanding of cloud architecture patterns and a disciplined approach to producing quality software.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* A proactive and pragmatic approach to software development.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to thrive in an international team environment.
* Effective communication skills in both English and Italian.
* Passion for working collaboratively in an agile team.
* Curiosity and a keen interest in understanding different points of view.
* Desire for feedback and thoughtfulness when providing it.
* Eagerness to share knowledge and experience.
