Ph3Posizione /h3 pWe are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Plant Quality Manager. /p h3THE IMPACT /h3 pS/he guarantees that quality standards are applied in the reference plant, ensuring products are compliant and in conformity with said standards. /p h3Main Activities And Accountabilities /h3 ul liEnsure that products meet the requirements and specifications laid down during the product development phase; /li liEnsure the execution of audits on modified components; /li liEnsure the enforcement of process standards sponsoring their improvements (eg. compliance to work instructions, quality control, business cycles); /li liEnsure the performance of the Non-Conformity management process; /li liEnsure the management of the plant’s measuring instruments (eg. Calibration); /li liMaintain the quality management system in the reference plant; /li liEnsure, together with the HR and the Industrial depts., that the coordinated areas deliver as described in their mission and in line with Group objectives and strategies; /li liEnsure that the team possesses the appropriate skills to meet business needs, bridging any gaps through targeted training; /li liCreate an environment that encourages communication, delegation, management by objectives and accountability in daily work. /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 ul liAt least Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar; /li liProfessional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must-have; /li liGood Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP; /li liKnowledge of Minitab will be considered a plus; /li liAt least 3 years in same role (preferably in industrial background); /li liProblem solving, Team Working, Analytical Thinking, Ability to learn quickly and Ability to work under pressure/in a changing environment will complete the profile. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
