Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales objectives
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
Develop loyalty with clients by building long-lasting relationshipsRequirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in retail
Exceptional communication skills, energetic, organised, proactive approach and with an influential personality
The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success
