About the Opportunity: We are creating a pool of Health Governance and Policy Reform Advisors for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001: Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Propose a governance framework for health workforce planning in line with EU and international benchmarks.
2. Deliver recommendations on institutional coordination, data governance, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Support inter-sectoral dialogue and alignment with public administration and education ministries.
4. Contribute to strategic reform documents and policy roadmaps.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in public health, public administration, or governance.
2. 8+ years’ experience in governance reform, particularly in health or social policy sectors.
3. Experience advising ministries or working with inter-institutional platforms.
4. Proven ability to work with complex stakeholder landscapes.
