To support our Central Sales Team with amministrative activities and KPIs reporting, we are looking for a
Sales Back Office Assistant (m/f/d)
Main activities
you will provide daily support to the sales force, taking care of organizational and administrative tasks.
The main activities you will perform are:
Pricelist upload in the CRM and pricelist management
Calculation of diesel floaters
Preparation of lists of leads to be used by sales force
Analysis, Reporting and KPIs monitoring

To best fill the role of Sales Back Office Assistant (m/f/d), the following requirements complete your profile:
Previous experience in secretarial or administrative tasks (not mandatory)
Attitute to learning
Good time management and prioritisation skills
Dynamic and goal-oriented approach
Proficency with MS Office, particularly Excel
Good English knowledge (German knowledge is a plus)
