To support our Central Sales Team with amministrative activities and KPIs reporting, we are looking for a
Sales Back Office Assistant (m/f/d)
Main activities
you will provide daily support to the sales force, taking care of organizational and administrative tasks. The main activities you will perform are:
* Pricelist upload in the CRM and pricelist management
* Calculation of diesel floaters
* Preparation of lists of leads to be used by sales force
* Analysis, Reporting and KPIs monitoring
Required profile

* Previous experience in secretarial or administrative tasks (not mandatory)
* Attitute to learning
* Good time management and prioritisation skills
* Dynamic and goal-oriented approach
* Proficency with MS Office, particularly Excel
* Good English knowledge (German knowledge is a plus)
