For our school in Forlì, we are looking for an energetic and inspiring Academic Coordinator who will play a key role in shaping the academic excellence of our centre.

Your Mission
* Drive the implementation of all Kids&Us academic protocols, ensuring consistency and excellence across every class
* Uphold and continuously reinforce the school’s quality standards in line with Kids&Us academic KPIs
* Support, mentor, and collaborate with the teaching team to deliver outstanding learning experiences
* Work closely with the School Director on all academic planning and decision-making
* Act as a key reference point for all academic matters within the school
Requirements
* Residence in Forlì or nearby areas
* Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
* Advanced or Proficiency level in Italian (C1 or higher)
* Teaching experience is a plus, but not essential
* Clean criminal record (Certificate of Carichi Pendenti)
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* A genuine passion for working with children

What we offer
* Initial annual contract, with the possibility of a permanent position upon renewal
* Part-time role: 20 hours per week
