Synergy, a company specialized in hydraulic services for over 60 years, is seeking an administrative assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing the cash register and registering invoices;
• Monitoring customer deadlines and managing reminders;
• Issuing sales DDTs and registering purchase DDTs;
• Managing and inserting customer and supplier orders;
• Supporting inventory control and management.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in commercial or distribution contexts. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel, and familiarity with enterprise management systems (ERP). They must also possess problem-solving and organizational skills.
Contract Details:
The contract will be initially set for 12 months with the possibility of being converted into an open-ended contract. The working hours will be 40 hours per week, distributed across three shifts: 8:00-12:00 / 14:00-18:00 or 14:30-18:30, with one Saturday morning shift per week (with compensation in the following week).

The position will be based in Cornuda, TV.
