Ensuring VRV - Chart’s Success… Location: Ornago, Monza and Brianza, Italy, 20876 Company: Chart Industries Ensuring VRV - Chart’s Success… VRV, part of Chart Industries Inc., is a significant player with over 60 years of experience in designing and manufacturing pressure equipment for the Oil & Gas sectors, engineering and producing insulation tanks for cryogenic gas storage and distribution, and operating in the Automotive HNLG business. We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our Cryogenic Engineering Team. Key Responsibilities: Designing and detailing processes, including simulations, piping calculations, optimization, and sizing. Preparing engineering deliverables such as PFDs, P&ID diagrams, datasheets, equipment specs, reports, manuals, and technical files, and collaborating with other departments. Reviewing and approving client and vendor documents, specifications, and calculations. Developing cost-reduction ideas and process improvements. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Conducting process optimization tests. Developing routines, best practices, and standardized operating instructions for process upgrades. Coordinating with stakeholders including clients, vendors, project managers, engineering, purchasing, and production teams. Monitoring system upgrades. Qualifications: Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering or related fields. 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer. Experience with process simulations and SOP development. Proficiency with process engineering software and CAD tools (2D/3D, SolidWorks, Creo). Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Pressure Equipment Directive is a plus. Ability to work in dynamic environments, team player, proactive, with problem-solving skills.
