PpWe are strengthening our Financial Reporting Tax team and are looking for a qualified professional who would like to take on technical responsibility in an international family-owned company. In this role, you will work at the interface of accounting, financial reporting, and tax, contributing with high quality and reliability to a smooth closing and reporting process. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsibility for the ongoing accounting of assigned entities – including accurate and timely recording of all business transactions, account reconciliations, and ensuring readiness for financial closing. /li liPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with national accounting standards – with a strong focus on quality, meeting deadlines, and robust closing documentation. /li liAccounting and valuation topics – particularly in the areas of fixed assets, provisions, and accruals, including validation, documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. /li liExecution of intercompany reconciliations and clarification of discrepancies, as well as support in the allocation and posting of intercompany services. /li liParticipation in the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, including consolidation entries, particularly intercompany eliminations and equity valuations. /li liSupport with tax-related matters, the implementation and documentation of transfer pricing guidelines, and the preparation for audits and tax inspections. /li liMaintenance and further development of consolidation and reporting tools in close collaboration with IT, Controlling, and external partners. /li liActive contribution to process improvements, standardization, and digitalization within the Finance function. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Business Administration (with a focus on accounting, finance, or taxation) or commercial training with a relevant additional qualification. /li liMinimum of 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, or tax. /li liVery good MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with SAP and ideally with consolidation/reporting tools such as Tagetik is an advantage. /li liStrong analytical mindset, high level of accuracy, quality awareness, and a structured, independent way of working. /li liTeam-oriented, reliable, and motivated to work in an international environment with diverse stakeholders. /li liFluent in German (written and spoken), with good knowledge of Italian and English. /li liAdvantageous: experience in improving efficiency and digitalizing processes, as well as working with foreign subsidiaries and internal group interfaces. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liA motivated, collaborative team and a professional working environment. /li li1–2 days of home office per week. /li liAn individual, structured onboarding plan. /li liDiverse development and training opportunities through the Loacker Academy. /li liCompany canteen. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
