The role collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of project elements and adherence to BIM standards. Key Accountabilities - Develop of 3D BIM models using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Civil3D) for infrastructure projects - support to prepare BIM execution plan and facilitate its implementation on projects. - Do a model set-up including choosing the optimal approach to parametrization of components. - Be an integral part of the team to coordinate specialists' input to modeling. - Coordinate a distributed BIM team and plan production of drawings. - Generate 4D construction sequence. - Undertake modeling directly when required. - Collaborate for doing estimation, planning and tracking of the project. - Ensure quality checks at each stage of modeling, drawing submissions or quantities take-off. - Promote knowledge and contribute to BIM excellence efforts.
