Remote Sales & Marketing Chief

In this role, you will take full ownership of the commercial activities across one of our brands, focusing on driving growth from acquisition to retention. You'll play a vital part in refining our outreach strategies, ensuring effective positioning, and optimizing the entire sales process. By working closely with cross-functional leaders, you will establish both the sales and marketing frameworks needed for success. Accountabilities
* Own the comprehensive Sales & Marketing strategy from acquisition to retention.
* Drive pipeline generation through diverse marketing channels.
* Implement a data-driven sales process, including forecasting and performance management.
* Analyze funnel performance and optimize conversion at each stage.
* Manage pricing and packaging strategies, testing new approaches as needed.
* Collaborate with the central marketing team for best practices and performance benchmarking.
Requirements
* 710+ years of B2B SaaS commercial experience.
* Proven success in scaling revenue in SMB or mid-market SaaS.
* Strong understanding of key SaaS metrics like ARR, CAC, and churn.
* Expertise in modern marketing channels and sales processes.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
* Experience in leading high-performing commercial teams.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Fluency in English and French.
* Comfortable in a fully remote environment.
