Patient and Institutional Access Manager - Sandoz
A division of Novartis, Sandoz is a global leader in generic and biosimilar medicines, committed to playing a leading role in driving access to medicine worldwide.
The Patient and Institutional Access Manager develops a value proposition for each stakeholder in line with the company mission to improve access for patients. Provide a holistic view to ensure patient centricity and to support the continued market presence of Sandoz products throughout their life cycle under the best possible conditions.
Responsibilities
* Respond to the landscape of healthcare, reimbursement, competition and market trends to optimize access to therapy.
* Foster collaborative relationships with patient access partners to maximize mutual value and identify new and better ways to work together.
* Develop, monitor and communicate key performance indicators to internal and external stakeholders to drive performance, identify gaps and resolve issues to improve access.
* Provide guidance and input to BU Units and Medical to identify initiatives that meet customer needs and build long-term partnerships; monitor regional health scenarios to provide innovative and relevant insights.
* Design and manage new initiatives to improve patient experience with our product in partnership with pharmacy service, marketing, sales and medical teams.
* Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including Medical, Marketing, Sales, Communication, Legal, Regulatory and advocacy groups to identify, communicate, and respond to issues and opportunities.
* Identify and run projects aimed at ensuring sustainability of the NHS.
* Health economics and digital data management.

Minimum requirements
* Degree in scientific faculty.
* Fluent English and Italian.
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a pharmaceutical company or in health economics sector at regional or hospital level.
